it's strange how sometimes the smallest of actions/movements can cause such pain/injury.

I once returned from the gym after quite a heavy session and fealing completely fine did myself a bolognese, i opened some cheese to grate on and wrapped it in some cling film but as i ripped the clingfilm my shoulder popped and i was in agony for weeks and off training gor months. The likelyhood is i hurt it training not realising but it is quite funny to think not half an hour before i'm lifting heavy weights and a bit of bloody cling film pops my shoulder out, you couldn't make it up! lol

p.s. by heavy weights i mean the little pink ones in the corner that no one uses

I once bent over a poll table to take a shot and slipped a disc.
I could not stand upright for days afterwards.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Just because of a few curtain puns, I hope you're not all going to rail against me.
