We were out for a couple of hours today - Little Miss riding up front and me following her on the CG ( it's far easier holding the CG @ 30mph than the TA ) and I wore a nice bright daylgo vest bearing the word 'Observer'... seemed to work as just about every driver kept a respectful distance before blatting past - the odd exception but no dramas.

She's still a bit nervous bless 'er - bit wobbly but she'll get there. She's got the right attitude and enjoys riding so it's just a case of getting her control sorted and get her doing her rear observations, lifesavers, etc. There's no rush so gently does it.

Can't wait for next year and the Vara... 60mph+ !!!

ps: we did hit an indicated 35mph at times going downhill - that cheered her up a bit
