Ordered a high screen for my `02 Strom, discount price, telephoned the order to make sure it was all correct and for MY model.

Box arrived yesterday and when i opened it........for the `04 and onwards with the adjustable bracket....useless barstewards!. Even say on the receipt for `03 and before... 09:01 is when i'll be on the phone this morning

Ferking useless!!!!!!

The guy sounded half asleep still and said fillin a returns form we need to see the screen there'll be one in the box with your documents and when i said there was not he said just write it on the box. I got the distinct impression he just wasn't interested so instead of asking for a replacement (which i was going to do) i'll be asking for a full refund and NEVER ordering from there again.

Complaint fired off so just have to wait and see there response...

I must admit the customer care has ed me and if i was a boss and found my employees treating paying customers like this i'd hit the roof...

Useless..

I cancelled my order and got money back .. last year ,,

I have found there communication skills are the worst I have ever dealt with, and I talked to 3 different people in UK including boss.

I am sure that you can find a even better product for your bike and probably much cheaper, somewhere else. ...
