Re: today i shall mostly be.........

If, at the Royal Mail sorting office I find a package from Dave Silver, I am going to swap the forks and bottom bracket, which means head race bearings, plus change the springs and fork oil. I will also do the front wheel bearings.

Sorting office open about now so off I go.

Ref. today I'm doing ........ In Gutersloh I'm working at a Help for Heroes Charity bash, as Compere, DJ, Balloon Modeller, Kids Magician, Stiltwalker and all round gobsh1te / auctioneer, did the same last weekend for race for life and we raised €1700.00. Bigger audience today about 600 so should be able to beat that.

Re: today i shall mostly be.........

I shall be in my garage, removing the fly coloured camouflage from my bike, before I attempt to change the oil and rear brake pads.

With that sorted, all I need to do is buy some kit for the weekend after TLD when me and the brother will be riding through France & Spain

If all goes t**s up, I'll be posting desperate cries for help from the more mechanically inclined among the XRV community

Fingers crossed!

JB

Ah, and I also need to clean the garage to make room for Stuart, WinXP, Pale Rider and my brother's bike who'll be kipping at my place upon completion of TLD...

I have just got up and I am watching my mice to see if they have started breeding yet. Then I am going to rest from the hard work.
