Now back to the serious matters, i shook your hand at the ace, so when exactly did these symptoms appear?
Sunday. First case at school was on Friday, apparently. I left home on Thursday so I think I missed it.

Molly's friend, who was diagnosed on Sunday, is now feeling better and even considering going to The Sunday's concert on Wednesday that they all have tickets for (we're trying to sell ours as there's no way Molly will be able to go).

Molly is at a low point right now, wiped out, drained, sleeping then too uncomfortable to sleep. It's not pleasant but at least she is on the Tamiflu now so should recover within a couple of days.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Sorry to hears she's ill and i hope she gets well soon and makes a full recovery..

But still can't help to wonder what the drama is with swine flu. Normal flu kills arounds 9000 people per winter in this country, so far only a few hundred's have died to my knoledge globally of swime flu

I get the impression it is particularly contagious so one kid gets it and not just the whole class but large swathes of the school get it.

Basically the pharmacists round here have not been able to cope so Tamiflu is now only being distributed at emergency centres set up to deal with it.

The symptoms, so far, are just like normal flu but probably actually don't last as long. But that is in fit and healthy people on good diets with clean water etc.

The concern is say a whole watch in a fire station all have to go off work at once, even if it is only for three or four days. Or a whole bus depot or group of tube drivers or all the staff on one ward of a hospital. Then it becomes a logistical nightmare tying to keep public services running.
