Listen guys,

The mods are having a ropey time right now.

You all know my feelings about TLD so I am not moderating this at all.

The mods collectively have not made a final decision as there is still some behind the scene stuff going on - and people have jobs and are away and not able to debate it all.

That means frustrations are running as high among the mods as they are out here and that means we might get a bit hot-headed and moderate when it might have been better to have left it, and so on.

But the mods have the best of intentions and are sometimes having to bite their lips when they might want to weigh in on one side or the other. They are showing greater restraint than I was able to display and I respect them for that.

So cut them all a bit of slack please?

Oh and my next post is definitely going to be off-topic

then the mods and Dave really need to do something to end the bad feeling, i know the majority of peoples views and to be honest I'm pretty pissed off about the whole thing - having countless different named charity runs next year isnt helping things either. mods can you please talk to people on their views and come up with a solution to put an end to the bad feeling. cheers Sean
