Can Anyone Help?

I've put this in here deliberately rather than the Africa Twin section as I hope more people will see it here, although feel free to move if appropriate

This is a plea for some help for 2 of the most well known and helpful members of the forum.

As most of you know Lord Vader has steadily been trying to get his Africa Twin back on the road. He kindly lent it to Chad so they could both get up to Rykas today to see everyone, but pulling away from the Dartford Tunnel the chain snapped and wrapped around the front sprocket. Chad's OK as the chain went under the bike rather than round his leg and they're currently awaiting recovery.

I know that neither Chad or Lord Vader would ask for help so I'm doing it. Does anyone have a chain and sprocket set for an RD07A that they don't want/need and would be willing to donate/pass along at a good price?

They both do so much for the forum and its members, asking nothing in return........well except for coffee of course that it would be great if we could help them out.

Sorry iv'e never owned one if i had the parts i would gladly give them these two guys are great fellas...

Stupid question time (i'm not very good with bikes apart from riding them and thats debatable) but how much would it cost to buy the parts. I'll donate £20 towards the cost.

guys guys we are home all is well i just had to prove that chain are fallable as well
