I'm sure I read that they were planning to go "The Long Way Up" South-North America.
Most Pan-American Highway riders go from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska down to Puerto Montt/wherever in Chile so they get a gentle introduction in USA and Canada then Mexico before reaching the more challenging countries. Charlie and Ewan hardly need that kind of introduction!
