How the bloody heck do you managed to get clothes, camping stuff and essentials for 2 weeks onto a bike
I'm on my 4th attempt and by my calculations I need another 2 panniers

How many pairs of shoes are you trying to pack?

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
Einstein - Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
Try cutting down on clothes... Trust me, whatever you're packing now, it's too much.
Buy cloting, especially socks & underwear that you can wash out easily.
I use Lowe Alpine gear that's been treated with silver-oxide. It repels bacteria and dries superquick.
Get to the campsite, change your socks & undies, wash your old socks & undies and hang them to dry on the tent. They'll be dry in just a few hours.
You can also get shirts with the same treatment. I pack 3 pairs of socks & underwear for a 3 week trip, and 2 shirts. Wash every day, and you'll always wear clean clothes.
Haven't found trousers with the same treatment, but you can get quick-drying trekking pants from Northface, Craghoppers and Columbia that'll work the same way.
Instead of a sweater, I pack a microfleece and 2 Icebreaker shirts. The shirts are very thin, but made of merino wool, so they're very warm. And they too are treated with silver-oxide.
Everything else is a matter of downsizing and clever packing, using packlite boxes (mesh containers that you can stuff full of clothes) saves a lot of space as well.
And don't forget to enjoy your trip!!!
