Camera question - copying files to an SD1 card?

its only a little slider in the side, says "lock" usually.

several of my gadgets come up as a drive when plugged in the USB, and i can export to the SD with all of them, garmin zumo, MP3 player, casio camera.
my nipper has a fuji finepix, i will have a look see if i can play with it for you

no, wont work on that, but it does run on XD cards and i havent put the drivers for that camera on this computer, dont know if that would make a difference

Is your camera an S1Pro ? Just googled this link :

Under the driver section they say it is a 'feature' of the driver that it is read only to the SD1 card.

Maybe a clue there ? Might be worth trying the Fuji website and see if you can find a different USB driver for the same camera ?

Shame I didn't see this thread earlier - I've got a spare cheapo card reader you could have...
