Ice and hard packed snow here, like everywhere else in UK I guess, so this morning I went out on my old BSA M21 Sidecar outfit, I'd forgotten what fun can be had with the extra wheel in these conditions, AND I could easily go wherever I wanted, on ordinary road tyres, in reasonable safety.
The point of this post is:- has anyone ever hooked a Trials type sidecar onto a Transalp or similar biggish trailieish bike? Yes I do know people used to do this with BMW R80 or R100GS's for long distance trials, but they seem to be expensive these days ( have they become "collectable"?)
I suppose, unintentionally this could tie in with the other chatter about
"4x4 is it worth it?" just might offer another solution!
