    What to buy next....

Sold my Twin to DrLaner of this fair parish on Sunday, so now got to think what I want next

Contemplating maybe a thumper again - tried the Tenere but it didn't make me Maybe a Pegaso ie, Trail or F650GS

Then again, I haven't been off-road for a few years, so maybe I should be looking for a more roady bike - W650? Bonnie?

Never been into bikes for the speed side, so a big 4-cylinder sporty number isn't really for me - if it can sit at say 75 on the motorway for a couple hours before needing fuel, that's good enough for me.

I need to find myself some inspiration for when this snow disappears and I can start bike hunting again Don't want anything as big as the Twin again though - I've only got little legs Something lighter would be ideal...

    Hmmm

I think your best option would be to look at and ride all the bikes you can.
I think that way you may find a model you have not thought of but which suits you.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Triumph Tiger, especially if it's Lucifer Orange...

Coincidentally I have one up for sale

Good for the vertically challenged as you can flip the rear axle and that drops the bike by an inch at least.

Sits at 75mph for 250 miles at a time, but will make you smile in the twisties too.

You can take it down a fire road or a single track, just don't do sand or mud and you'll be fine.

    Great tourer, great fun!

Otherwise, I still really fancy a KTM 690 SMR, but I might as well go to the police station and hand over my license...

'07 KTM 990 Adventure (Crash Bars, Scottoilter, 16t front sprocket, Throttle Cam. Colour: Black & Grey)
    '93 DR800 BIG (Fully farkled!)

    Gone but not forgotten:
'04 Tiger (MRA-Vario screen, Crash bars, K&N Airfilter, dual headlamp upgrade. Colour: orange, 'cause I'm Dutch, innit!)
    '93 ZZR600

I'm on the Safe House List! Garage and minor toolkit available...
