OK now that everyone has arrived back from Wales and you are all here.

Some of you were quite close with the guesses but not quite on the money.

Wee Jack and two other partners are going to set-up a brewery on the "Island somewhere in the Clyde" - Cumbrae, to those with an atlas.

We are currently struggling to get suitable premises as there are specific requirements in terms of utilities. The island economy is tourist based and not geared up for manufacturing, but we are about to change all that.

We have a meeting with the council enterprise and estates bods next week and there after with Highlands and Islands Enterprise.

Obviously, because we do not yet have a base , we are a way off from actually producing beer , but as soon as we get tipped the nod we will be off and running.

XRV has everything else , seems logical we should have our own ale ?

More details as we progress

Now who suggested a distillery ?? that would be the next logical step in the process
