I thought it would help to show other drivers that she's going so slow as she is new to driving but if anything it's worse, it's like having the L plates all over again. Drivers continually try to kiss the back bumper even when doing the speed limit, even when i'm in the car on me todd they still do it... i just can't understand the mentality of some idiots on the road... ah well, never mind, i'll just keep going slower
They do that to the buses as well, if they get too close we cannot see them in the mirrors so I usually apply the brakes.

Re: Cage Test!

Used to do that on my baby vara when i had L plates on, 2 lanes at traffic lights and everyone would stop in the other lane and i'm on me own at the front of the lights. Then i'd blast off leaving them all standing and they`d all be filtering back to my lane, oh it did make me chuckle, muppets.

At least the 400+ miles gives you practice driving, and i assume the fuel is on the company

Re: Cage Test!

I had a similar experience with my Kawasaki 250 triple.
I was on the A2 and a White Triumph Spitfire kept tailgating trying to force me out of the way, after a couple of miles I opened the bike up to naughty speeds and the Car disappeared in a cloud of two stroke smoke, when it caught me up the nice clean White car was no more, it was completely covered in black oil droplets that had smeared over everything.

Nice one!

A friend from years ago rigged his bike with an extra reservoir and electric pump to inject old oil into his exhaust to "wake up" tailgaters! Gave quite a good flame on full throttle!
