    Cage Test!

Well I've reached that time in my life (33) where I thought I had better take my car test! Got it on Wednesday morning. 5 yearly Cherry-Picker reassesment tmrw too!

First test in Jan was cancelled due to snow.........second one I didn't even get out of the car park as the examiner had a walk round the instructors car and simply said "don't like the look of that scuff on the side wall of that rear tire......you've got 5 minutes to change it before the test is cancellled" I was up for a quick pit stop challenge but the instructor went pale and refused so I can only assume his spare was in the same condition if not worse! plonker! (and yes he will be paying for that test!)

.....................So with a new instructor and another new vehicle and a lesson before my test...........third time lucky eh?!?!!

I Enjoy the scenic routes and fresh air!............... oh and have an RT, heated jacket and heated grips! so not so far removed from a car!

Family = 3 now too so until she passes her bike test and he is old enough to get on the back, we have a LWB VW Transporter......... (so I can take the bike when we go on a 'family' holiday )

And good luck from me, too. I'd say just wear a short skirt and flutter your eyelashes at the examiner, but it might not work too well for you

    Worked wonders for me, though
