Now you just need to find the way how to strap it to a bike and use as satnav.
It fits into the map pocket of my tank bag and has a big enough screen that I do not need Sat Nav, just use Google maps and my ability to use it.

    Ghe. iPads.

I was sooo ready to not even consider buying one...

So my boss gave me one yesterday.

(They're not even on the market yet here, either. Suddenly I'm hip. How'd that happen.)

I have just read the news on Sky about the queue at the Regent Street store for the people who wanted to be first. It says a teenage couple ere offered £200 for their place.
If I had been on the Oxford Circus Route last night I would have taken a little walk around the corner and wound them up.

They're not even for sale yet here in .nl

Grey imports are going for 700+ euro on the usual sites.

I ned something for when I am on my break at work and cannot get home.
I bought a netbook and a dongle but It is a bit bulky to carry on the bus.
When I read about and saw the ad for them on the Apple site I knew it would suit my needs. It is so slim and easy to conceal that it can be carried around easily.
So far I am pleased with it, it ticks all the boxes I had for ease of use and one product does all. I do not like Mobile Phones.

I have my Lap top and Net book for that.
At home I have the IMAC.
When I am out and about I need something I can use straight away without the long startup times.
I tried it last night on the Bus Stand in St Giles High Street and I was able to access the Web and other things immediately.
That is What I needed and wanted so the Ipad is so far doing what I needed it for, plus the battery is only @ 55% remaining after two days of playing around with it the Net book would have been flat by now.
It is missing a few things but I hardly ever use those on the main computer either so I do not Miss them.
