Just need to eat a huge breakfast before venturing out on the bike (had to wait for the rest of the family to wake up first).
Got to try my new bike gear that fits over the full body armour. Daughter says it makes me look like I have a very small head.

I hope you got some decent armour for Christmas / Birthday after doing mine in and the weeks it took to get better I'm reluctant to venture off road without it.
