    One for the Mancunians... Hunt's?

Looking at new bike and Hunt's in Manchester have a couple of machines in stock and also a test bike this weekend. No one else seems to have the Integra yet in the Midlands, so I may well pop up and get a test ride on Sunday as daughter2 is due back at Uni.... Of course I am happy to drive 70 miles for my daughter, and suggestions I have an ulterior motive are totally unfounded...

What are Hunts like to deal with and get a bike from? I seem to have aheard a few "unhappy punter" stories, but any dealer doing that number of bikes will have the odd problem. I would have 1st/2nd service done locally, then do it myself pretty well, but inevitably it is possible warranty work that worries me even if any Honda dealer should do it...

Hunts have been great the few times that I have dealt with them, demo's ain't a problem unlike some dealers - one demo bike I tried (700 Alp) had worn tyres, V also tried a Hornet there (deal wasn't quite good enough).
The spares dept are quick, friendly & helpful & post stuff out with minimal postage cost.
My only dealings with the workshop dept (coding spare keys to the HISS on 2 bikes) was carried out efficiently & cheaper than a local dealer quoted (& failed to do it!).
I tend to avoid main dealers but I'd say Hunts are good going from my experience (albeit limited).

By the way I ain't a Manc. Never will be

Thanks Phil, that all sounds pretty positive and something of a relief

The fact that they have a bike, let alone a demo machine is amazing as no one in the Midlands has a machine available to put in the showroom for the Honda bash this weekend, let alone sell a punter one So hopefully, if all goes to plan, I will travel up North and have a look see. If Sat is a washout, as I am not in Galloway I may pop to Shrewsbury and claim my Honda free gift
