    Honda quality

    How about this then?

My old Honda C90 was sorned in 2006 and put away. It's been started once since then so my son could play in the garden on it but apart from that it's laid unloved.

Well we dug it out the shed and put some in some fresh fuel and drained the carb and low and behold despite the flat battery it started first try.

They don't make them like they used to.

Hmmm, if one should dual sport convert one of them, adding fuel capacity, and storage facility.
Then that bike would be the one to take on Your round the world trip!
Spareparts all over the world (But not in Sweden though).
Any ape with a wrench could fix it.
Easy to carry past any bigger obstacles.
Slow Yes, but easy on fuel.

Great bikes - my 74 year old mother in law has a 1981 C50 that she still ride regularly. I ride it up to Greenock every September for it's MOT. The only bike I've ever ridden that RISES at the front when you brake.
    2011 Triumph Tiger 800 - "Black Pussy" - MMMM Nice !!!
    2000 Suzuki DRZ400S - "Ol' Yella" - very bright
    2011 Peugeot V-Clic 50cc - "Scoot" - It's my wife's, an enjoyable ride.

    I have a house , but I can't guarantee it's safe !!

Yes the leading link front end which makes for some interesting braking.

But then again so does the dodgy suspension and tyres....

    And brakes
