Has anyone on here parked their bike up at Gatwick whilst on holiday.

No but I did park at Stansted and that was free, if exposed. I left all my gear in my top box and strapped to the bike and took a bike cover.

well, I went for a four-day ski trip but I broke my collarbone skiing so it stayed there for another week or so until Lootch very kindly went and got it for me.

no, current break is my arm - humerus - never broken that before.

As I point out to my wife, before I met her I'd never even had stitches. Since meeting her I have broken:
    arm
    left hand
    right wrist
    finger
leg (plate and 7 screws still in)
    collarbone
    nose
    ribs (twice)

    I have also had:
    hernia ops (3X)
    knee op
    stitches above my eye
    and a stroke

    Apart from that, I'm fine
Obviously my wife is to blame. It's too big a coincidence that I was fine before I met her.

    Re: Gatwick Parking for Motorcycles

Gatwick Airport (BAA) - Motorcyclists can park free of charge at Gatwick using the dedicated bays in the car parks. Motorbikes must not be left in car parking spaces. Motorcycle parking bays can be found in the following locations:
South Terminal: Car Park 2 (on each floor).
North Terminal: Ground floor of the car park.
Please note that anchor points are not available, and that for security reasons motorbikes will be removed if not parked in the designated areas. (Updated 11 Sep 11)
