I have dealt with the people at Chester a couple of times and they have been very helpful and accommodating - real customer service

+1 from me too. Always liked HG and the local Chester shop in particular. V helpful staff always a pleasure to deal with. Been really chuffed with the hg suit and boots I bought there a few years back.

I've always been treated well in the (admittedly) short time that I've been back into biking by the chaps in the Preston shop, I'm a bit saddened by all this, in my mind it's another good business gone down the tubes
