Garmin Streetpilot III deluxe.

Popping in Macro last week I noticed they are selling Garmin Streetpilot III deluxe's for £249. Compare that with BMW's price for the very same item £1000. I would say thats' not too bad.

Don't. I got the GPS V, which is the successor of the III for around 400 Euro's. Do the maths yourself...

Tijn your almost right. The V is preceded by the GPS III. Not the Streetpilot III. The streetpilot is a bigger GPS with more MB's

I have a GPS V and get fed up with the limited MB's- you need to take a Laptop for any real distance.
