Motorbike motorkitcar?

Hi,
Does anybody know of something like a kitcar (lotus super seven, burton, cobra replica's) but then a bike?

We have bought a house, going there in february, and I will be having my own shed/barn/garage of about 6 by 3 metres!! Unfortunately not to be reached by car (else a kitcar would be nice), so I'm slowly looking at a bike type of project.

was a GSXR100 not a 1300 but still awesome.
