    Textile trousers on a budget

Ok I’m after some new textile trouser but don’t really want to be spending hundreds on them. They must be waterproof/breathable and have removable/washable liner.
At present I have some tatty AKITO Python that have broken zips and dead Velcro but I only use then to put over work trousers to commute to work. I would like a decent textile trousers I could use in winter/wet weather that wont break the bank

Under £100. I was thinking of the AKITO Motion http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Akito-Motion-M...QQcmdZViewItem

But they are jean cut style so dont cover your back well to keep out the draft.

Did you have a look at the Hein Gericke stuff?
For £100 you should get a decent pair of trousers and i think they have a sale on at the moment

Spada gear often does well in the tests and represent very good value. Make sure that the thermal lining is removable; in most types they are but not all.

    Spad Turin,
I got the jacket & pants they are great water proof(7hrs in rain) nothing came through. they are really warm with removeable liners & have plenty of pockets, vents for summer.

Careful. Firstly you tell everyone how great they are. Then everyone goes out and buys them. You then ask Spada for commision and get told to sod off

Just looking at the Spada Turin Trouser max size they do is XXXL (40 waist) I really need 42 waist for comfort so that i can get my thermals/jeans underneath in very cold weather. So looks like i'll be buying from HG if they have fat git size
