Opinion about Akito Desert.

Hi,

does anybody is using Akito Desert trousers and jacket ? I've got BF Desert and it looks almost the same as Akito Desert, but I'm not sure that quality of Akito is the same because it's much cheaper than BF. Do You have some experience with this clothes ??

I've got the jacket and trousers combo and love 'em. Been caught out in rain and snow showers, and so far no probs. Looking forward to a hot summer so i can use all that lovely venting.

Must admit i looked at the Desert Trousers but ended up buying Hein Gericke instead since was in the store at the time. As for Akito kit i use Akito Cobra trousers for commuting to work and Akito gloves and must admit for the price they are there good kit. Just be carefull with sizes since my Akito Cobra XXL fit fine but the Desert XXL were too small for some odd reason.
(And no its not because i ate all the pies!)

Thanks for Your opinion Grendel I rather would like to buy Hein Gericke Tuareg with Goretex, but I can't find size XXXL anywhere (I'm big guy he he ) so I decided to buy BF Desert or Akido Desert. I was trying to fit on BF in size XXXXL and it was quite good so I think that Akito also will ...
