Seem to remember some time ago there was a reference to someone that was able to repair zips on bike jackets - can anyone make any recommendations in this area

    Thanks James

Was this the site you were thinking of -

    http://www.stallionleathers.co.uk/
    Brrrmm - '04 XL650V Transalp in Silver

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

    Re: Jacket Repairs

It is a textile jacket and the outer zip has a rubber like coating over it but it seems to be buggered as will not zip smoothly - seem to miss teeth every now and again

Stallion leathers was not who I had heard of previously - I believe that it was an individual you carried out this type of repair and given the time of year was likely to be very busy

I stand corrected, upon visiting the Stallion site the name Marion rings a bell so I have dropped them an Email

    Thanks James

    YEP!

Marian repaired my Hein Gericke Cordura jacket after I highsided a Fireblade one afternoon

She does get busy, but well worth the wait
