    Too Many Forum's/sections

Ok, this is an observation rather than a moan, so don't take it the wrong way!

While I appreciate that the site needs to continually grow, it seems that we are being inundated with a whole host of new forums within the site.
Am I the only one to think that the site is starting to look a bit cluttered (particularly in the 'general bike stuff' section)?

What is a pain for some isn't for others....

I run quite a large screen so don;t need to scroll as much as some people.

As far as to many forums I think it's not a case of too many but more a case of too flat a structure.

    Phil,

Thanks for letting us know that you think the site is cluttered, it's something we're constantly working on, and debating.

What's important to take from this is that you're an old hand, and if you find it cluttered, what will new visitors think!

    Thanks again.

Hi, Ok, maybe the word 'cluttered' was a little bit strong, but, yes, maybe condense the menu with sub headings, particularly in the general stuff section.

Of course, these are only my suggestions and comments. I'm happy to go with the flow

Phil, one persons cluttered is another persons masterpiece. If we were all the same then we wouldn't have this comments section as we'd already know what everyone else wanted

Just out of interest Phil what size screen do you use and what resolution is it set to??

    Re: Too Many Forum's/sections

Ironically I was going to suggest another section for members videos. There's been a few good ones posted up that inevitably get lost within the normal chatter section over time. Might be an idea to have a Videos section where we can keep them all together.

    Just a thought
