A bit of sequal (SQL) code?
As a suggestion, I would find it very helpful to list Thread titles in date/time order - today, this week, this month. The list could display Thread Title, Originator, Date and number of replies. This list would enable much quicker finding and searching of threads when only a vague recollection of topic and date were known. If members are unable to connect to the forum for a few weeks/months/years this facility would bring them up to speed and then there is no reason why members can say that they were not aware of any topics as they are easily listed, found and read. I hope this is helpful.

A good suggestion and if it were as easy as writing a bit of SQL then it would have been done.
 There are quite a few ways to display posts... so it's probably worth having a look at that. I'll see if there are any mods that do this though.
