Would it be possible to add a column to the members list for what bike to go along with post count and avatar

or in the user CP a box (boxes) for the bikes that could be picked up by advanced search in the members list

Yes,
but it would be nice to know how many are riding what type at the click of a button, more out of curiosity than need.
Like WeeJacks Roll call and the Dommie call of recent.

but with some forum members changing their bikes like they change underwear its faster out of date than vista

can't see it happening because

some forum members change their bikes like they change underwear

and it will rely on members changing their user cp every time they change their bike. This will make it very inaccurate very quickly
