Good man - coz I know what youre thinking - bit of gaffa tape, a few self tapping screws and a couple of zip ties and it'll be grand

Youre well 'ard mate - but if youre suspecting more than a bit deep bruising makes sense to have it checked out

Mudwiz, get yourself to a doctor and get your arm checked out.

Thanks folks, 'tis done. Nothing up, tg, lots of swelling, sort of a dislocation that didn't go all the way!

Collar + cuff, lots of pain killers and ice. I've got 2 weeks before the Cambrian. The "rest" advice is going to be tricky though........ .

Thats good news Chris I'm sure you'll be right as rain in two weeks - strictly adhereing to the medical advice, of course.

As an aside, you must have a bloomin good gp drop in centre or casualty your way - over here, a visit like yours would take at least half the night !!!!!

You really do need to rest it Chris otherwise it will take longer to get better. Do as your told and the ice is a lifesaver, if you do anything that makes it worse then lots of icepacks

    Bu***r falling off!

Times are out and I really suck!

T1 and 2 were OK, T3 includes the crash, T4-6 times are a limp!
Not quite last, but second to! Its possible the TA is actually quicker when there are fire roads involved. I tend to back off too, fall off more but crash less!

    Oh well..... .
