    Ok.....how's this.....

    The Longest Day

We make our way up to John O'groats and are ready for departure at sparrow fart on 21st June 2008 (technically the longest day of the year).

As the sun rises in the East and sets in the West we'll have the longest possible amount of daylight to complete the mileage and could conceivably do the whole thing in daylight.

Arriving at Lands End for the sunset a Pasty and a Pint of Scrumpy. Minimum luggage for aerodynamics and better fuel consumption...tent and sleeping bag kinda thing. Night or two in Cornwall then home.

Sounds like it rocks to me
