well i didnt think there was enough mud until we found the one muddy section!! It took a good half hour to get the AT through with much cursing from team mates -

this is the drz doing the same section after the AT had reccied it!!!

was fun though although would have been more fun on the xr!!

yes on the way to that bloody wonky pole!!

I thought we were the only ones silly enough to play stuck in the mud but obviously not!!

when we got back to the hotel at the end of that day every one else seemed amazed that we found any mud - every where else was just so dry!

Do you think you'll be at this years event?

    Re: Anyone doing the HUMM

If i go straight from work to Dover on the fri night, that gives us 3 days to ride thru france to get there for the 'map day'. So should be ok for time. If we can do it in 2 and have a day to reccy, so much the better.

Now thinking about gearing - do i take a smaller front sprocket with me ... and a gear puller...? Is it worth considering riding down on road tyres and buying knobblies there? I've got new MT21 and E09 on now...?
