    i'm about 9hrs drive south of you (12hrs on a dominator!), near almeria. if the pegs look and fit ok WHEN i get them i will get him to make another one (the teabags are on you!). i might be in barcelona sometime in july, if i have them by then i will bring them with me. quizas nos veamos en barcelona.

    HI Guys , apart from extending and widening the pegs are the original peg mounts strong and up to harsh of off road bashing ? Any experiences negative or positive welcome.

    They are strong, I haven't seen or heard of any failing under most arduous usage.
    Nothing is bullet proof but these seem well built.

    Thanks Gents this is good news and a great heads up for the extensions, thanks Myself and a mate are doing the Budapest to Bamako Rally on to old fairly unloved Dommies in Jan 2018. as soon as we are up and running I intend to do a build thread of the transformation to desert rally machines

    I have a question regarding using these foot peg extensions.
    As I dont own any welding kit ,are there any gas blow torches on the market that would be suitable for heating up these metal strips hot enough so they can be bent to shape before having them welded?

    you can bend them cold i did with mine

    Might have to send Jnr off on a welding course , increase his fabrication skills...
