Hey there
i own a 1999 NX650 Dominator and wondering what would the valve clearances on the inlet and outlet valves be? Would they be the same as the XR650 around the same year?
thanks

No worries Squirrel
due to the lack of replies (except for you of course) l will contact a Honda dealer...Ive rang a few Honda shops in the past and when you say mybike they say "what?, what bike is that, never heard of it?"
You must be kidding right, the NX 650 was in Australia from 1988 to the last model of mine which is 1999 l believe. So l will see how l go....
thanks for reply

Valve clearance for my '89 is 0.10 mm in and 0.12 mm exhaust.
Since it's basically the same engine for any year, I think this goes for yours as well...

Sounds about the same as my '95 now I've seen it written. Take care on the RHS exhaust as this has the valve lifter. 1* out and you'll be in troubleOriginally Posted by Rubberchicken

I'd agree with above - no changes to valve gaps through the years on these engines.Originally Posted by Rubberchicken
