    the rear shock

    i was riding along the other day and realised how under sprung the rear end is on the dommie maybe its cos i ate all the pies who knows eh what sort of adjustment does the rear shock have and how do i get to it to perfom said adjustments

    Heh. You can adjust the preload, but to actually do the adjustment the shock has to come out...

    Nice japanese design, eh?

    Apparently the euro bikes (earlier ones only?) have a screw to adjust damping, but my US spec dommie doesn't have that.

    I eventually spent a wad and got front and back Technoflex suspension. Now that's proper stuff.
