SLR 650 Valve clearances ?

Bit of techy help please

SLR 650 1998...is it the same engine as the Dommie/NX650, because thats the manual that I have downloaded.

Inlet 0.10mm
Exhaust 0.12mm

If so - the first inlet that I have checked is miles out at 0.20mm

no it isnot quite the same according to my honda slr manual they should both be 0.10 mm

Thanks Merv sorted now, apart from the tappet cover which broke with hardly any preassure.
