    Cold Rattle

    Well guys
    After new gen cam chain, tensioner , guides, sprockets etc etc, fresh oil, and reg oil changes, 2k miles later noise developed again, stripped down only to find chain had stretched again, any ideas???????

    What is wrong with the tensioner, it should hold the chain with enough give to allow some fluctuation.
    If the chain is stretching too much the tensioner spring could be to strong.
    YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

    it was brand new tensioner which is only sprung loaded dont know why this has happened, all parts were gen honda ????
