Re: FAO truxx
Hi,
I also ordered the same mudguard as starfazer did.(KTM Lc4 mudguard)
To fit the standard one the way i have i had to remove the speedo drive cable(re-route) and remove the bracket which holds the brake line to the bottom yolk.
I then had to remove the brake caliper so i could re-route the brake line slightly.
Two very simple jobs really, nothing to worry about.
No you dont need perforations to let air into the head.

EDIT:
Yes i'm using the standard front wheel (for now)

Re: FAO truxx
Hi guys,
I have had the SLR 650 for 3 months now, but can not find the owner's manual anywhere.
Dave, I saw your post on the web site below and wanted to ask if you can send me a link to the manual:
(LONG TERM REVIEW OF THE HONDA SLR 650 - Motorcycles, Travels, Reviews and Tips.)
Many thanks in advance!
