    i thought it might be. love the paint job. Will paint my XR engine in that PJ1 spray when i strip it.

    Nothing out of the ordinary with the paint. Just strip the old off, give them a good rub over with p320 wet n dry and a few coats of heat resistant paint from a can. Satin black pj1 in this case.
    How did you go about stripping the old paint? I`ve got a tatty engine which needs cleaning up but blasting was the only option I had.......

    As I've got it in bits I've doing one case at a time. Dunking them in gun wash and a bit of rubbing gets almost every bit off.

    Nice when I can get a couple of hours spare.





    I've noticed it doesn't take much to scratch the engine paint. Bloody cans are crap now days.

    It's a one coat spray can. No clear. Should of had them done by a pro.
