    Screens, show me yours

    Hi, Thinking about a screen for my year2K Dommie... Anyone got any snaps to show me, or recommendations. Cheers

    I wouldn't do it , I do a lot of off road riding , single track etc and a screen would be a good place to whack myself in the head.

    I wouldnt have though you would need a screen on a dommie or any single :S

    the riding position is sooo upright and the bikes arent exactly fast...

    mind you, the FX650 like I have got, has got a small handlebar fairing with a screen (not that it does much even if you put your chest on the fuel tank :P

    I did about 50K on my GS1100 with my GPS, and about 1000 on my Dommie.... The GPS did not like the rain.

    One good reason for a screen

    There u go,Givi screen on 1 of mine I've done some miles on this yoke,screen does make a difference for the better.

    Thats fair enough...

    The Givi screen doesnt look to bad on the dommie

    As for the GPS getting wet, havent you got a waterproof case for it? :S

    Its a GPS60C from Garmin , waterproof and to be honest I am well pleased with it and think that after all the years of service its given me that its fair enough that in the end it leaked. I took it apart and re greased the o-ring , switch cleaned it, and since then all OK
