Dominator RD02 ' 89 Engine stall

Hi! Let's hope that i can explain (translate from portuguese) my problem!!

Last week my domie went to a doctor to change Cam Chain, guides, tensioner, and tuned up the valves (12 - 10)! My mechanic told me that camshaft and wave washers it's already on it's limit's, but with my limited budged i cant put a new ones.
well now my bike looks like a new sounds diferent, but .... the engines stall on low rpm ex: On the red light it goes down some times, at low speed, on first gear, some times stalls, I'm now thinking that I've a problem with carb (one more thing new the "Insuretor" , the old one was already crack).

What should I do ?

I've read in other post when I change the air filter from original to K&N, I should do someting, where and how ????? i've an K&N.

Should I follow the Honda Service Manual Page 4-16 "Pilot Screw Adjustment" ?

Or dissasemble everthing clean and assemble all back !

Hope to ear some opinion from you ! If theres some photos of what I should do better!!

PS- Some technical names i've copy from service manual let's hope I managed to explain !!

Try the pilot screw first, unscrew it out half a turn.
