I always wanted to make a clean to carburetor! but afraid of doing something wrong I never did't! But today it got brave and put to work! Based on information learned in this excellent forum and the Haynes manual, I start my adventure.
I thought of making a cleaning / check the carburetor for the following reason! The dommie in low rpm , easly stall, and only with choke and some gas I resolve ! Recently my bike went to my mecanic to change the insulator, tension chain, guides, valvue check ! So i begun to question the carb, so here it go !
1-Take Off the thank

Remove the choke cable ! (Carfull plastic screw)

Here it is when off !
Check the insulator for cracks !! My older one was completed open!!
Choke needle!
Remove the cables !
Remove the tubes
Unscrew this one to remove the gas from inside carb

PS- i was unable to remove the 3 screw's from insulator and the carb must cames out from back. I've had to remove the airbox case!
After take out carb!
I've start to disassemble the carb!
Unscrew the 4 screw's
Voila! This is what you find after open
Slide this one
Raise it ! Slow ! Check how it works to assemble after

Now the Pilot Screw ! (My is a little bad shape, last owner has done this job

)

Here it is out ! Check for damage and clean it !
This screw is the one to dump the gas
Clean it
Jet needle time ! Remove it ! Clean it and clean it and clean it !

Now ! On the other side remove the 4 screw's and remove the cover
SLOWLY
Inside, remove this 2 screw's
Outside slide this one! And clean it very well! This was the problem of my dommie! this was stuck!!!
On the side of carb !
Remove the 2 screw's careful on bottom is a spring! Don't damage the diaphragm
Clean Clean clean!
Good job !!!
Now clean every whole the best you can ! You can use compress air the clean ! with careful!
Put every back on !
And good rides !!!!!!!
