About LinkBacksHave been reading the manual and is says 22 front and back and that is what I have been riding, but today new rear tyre and was told something like 32f and 36 rear would be better

Different manufacturers can recommend different pressures for their own tyres. It all depends on the construction of the tyre. If I were you, I would get onto the manufacturers website and check what they recommend.
