    engine strip service parts?

I have been trying in vain to remove a snapped exhaust stud from the head of my Dommi............ the blasted thing wont come out no matter what i try. I have tried soaking in penetrating fluid, mole grips and even welding a nut to it but it just wont budge!

So I reckon that my only way around this is to take the engine out of the bike and tackle the problem on the bench. Whilst the engine is out i am thinking why not give it a birthday and replace all of the serviceable parts in one hit..... sooooo what parts do i need?

    I am thinking:

    1.cam chain and tensioner
    2. oil and filter
    3.????

what else do i need or need to check?

To remove a stubbon stud you need heat. Gas welding plant and heat the head and stud being carefull not to melt the alloy. Rock the stud back and fourth and it should come out.

If the head is coming off, might as well do the valve guide oil seals, they don't seem to last very long.
