Thanks, hmmm it sounds like a hell of alot of work to remedy a very minor problem, especially in the current heat. Definitly a warranty job. How big is the O-ring that fits in/on it?

If it wasn't for that I think tryin to fit it in with a service would have been the trick as I'm looking to do that myself after warranty runs out.

Incidently, how long does the cam chain normally last for?

Cam chain should last about 40k km, so about 25k miles - at the very least.
