Time for a rethink!

I`m wondering if a stain or dye might work, impregnates the tank rather than sitting on it.....

I'm not sure if that'll work, but if it were me I wouldn't bet on it.

Acerbis used to make red ones, but they had a tendency to turn ever so slightly pink when out in the sun too much...

You could ofcourse paint the rest of the bike to match your new tank.

My bike will get a repaint once the new tank arrives

Thing is I can`t be bothered to re-register the bike as a new colour...........

Think I`ll go for black then swap a few plastics over (hand guards etc) to try and blend the tank in.

I`m fine with a black tank mate, if that helps you out then I`m fine with that. I`ll give it one last go on the Italian forum to see if I can post.

Sure, I posted on the italian forum anyway. We're probably 12 right now, since if the tanks are black, I'll be buying two.
