How in hell can I get the hanger pins out of the front caliper without butchering them as they don't want to budge or so it would seem? HELP !!!! CLIVE

Soak in WD40,then a couple of sharp whacks with an impact driver.

Bathe in WD40 or some other spray designed to loosen stuck bolts (don't know the proper name in English) - just spray a LOT, no need to remove the caliper. Leave to dry and repeat a few times.

After that, get a good quality tool (screwdriver, allen head or w/e), make sure it's the exact proper size (specially for screwdrivers!!) then try to loosen it. Force it a bit both way if it won't give in, and bathe again in WD40 or anti-grip spray.
