    RD kickstart

Anyone know if its possible to fit the kickstart mechanism from an early Dommie to an SLR/RD09?

I'd like to dump the leccy foot and battery... too heavy.

you certainly can.you need to split the crank cases.you need the kickstart mechanism, countershaft from a xr and the clutch casing.its an engine out of the frame job and completely stripped.goodluck tractor.

    Thanks Tractor.
Now I'm looking for an XR bottom end with a broken crank. Seems to be the cheap and easy way
