650 SLR Fork Oil Seals

I need to bang some new fork oil seals on my SLR 650.
Getting them isn't a problem, but I can't find how much oil needs to go in the forks when I service them. I've had a scan for a work shop manual, but haven't found one yet.
Anyone got the necessary info ?
We've had lots of snow and I can't get a perfectly serviceable rear wheel drive transit to the top of our road to get out on the main roads, its crap in the snow. So the bikes coming back out for some heavy winter commuting. Thank god for heated hand grips !!!!!
