Tappet rattle.

Hi people..... first post on this section ( I did do the intro post bit )
I,ve just popped the rocker box cover of dommi no2 I'am working on, picked it up as a non runner before christmas, spun it over with fresh petrol and a car battery and although it ran a bit rough it gradually got better.... all bar a bit of a top end rattle.......

Having a good old look round the cam seems ok , followers have a bit of wear but nothing serious.... I thinking the rattle from top end is more to do with the wear on the exhaust tappets, ?? inlet side is fine no wear ...
What do you think.

looks like it could be if you do need some rockers let me know i have loads
